Roti Wholegrain ( 2 keping ) = 137 kalori

Tengahari :

Udang (seekor) =  90 kalori
Kari ikan (suku) = 102 kalori
Nasi putih (1/4 cawan) =125 kalori

Malam :

Twister = 140 kalori

Total  =  726 kalori

Arini xde selera nak makan coz ehem...ehem..huhu
